How to post content on Instagram Stories that is older than 24 Hours?

As you know Instagram Stories will allow you to post photos that were taken within 24 hours only, but what if you want to post a photo in your camera roll or your phone Gallery that is older than 24 hours? 

It is very simple...  All you need to do is:

• Take a Screen Shot of the photo you want to post...
• Go back to Instagram Stories and the new screen shot/photo is listed within the 24 hours gallery.
